For hygiene and sanitary purposes, NailFabs and nail care products are non-refundable. Our products are made to order, and we will not offer returns or exchanges. 

Please measure your nails and double-check all purchases before checking out. If unsure about your measurements, please purchase a sizing kit or contact us on Instagram directly or email at info@nailfabs.com.

All requests are processed on a case-by-case basis. Our main objective is to always support our customers to the best of our ability. Every submission will be handled in a timely fashion and handled fairly.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We understand things happen, so in the event, you receive a product that presents as defective, please message us at info@nailfabs.com. Send your order number and a clear product image within 72 hours of receiving your order. For any products resolved as defective, a complimentary replacement will be issued for the value of the product originally purchased.
